Accomodation

We have booked capacity from the following hotels. These capacity bookings expire about 4 to 5 weeks before the conference. Depending on the hotel, this booked capacity is utilized by following the link, filling in the form or using the code MSOM 2022 provided in the hotel’s introduction below. Please note that the conference organizers cannot guarantee availability of rooms in the hotel.

Holiday Inn/Conference Hotel

The conference will take place at the Holiday Inn City Centre, which is in the heart of Munich. It also offers about 600 hotel rooms onsite, dining and recreation options. We would therefore recommend accommodation directly at the conference hotel. We have a booking capacity of 150 rooms.

All costs incurred will be paid by the guests themselves on the spot. A valid credit card number until 21 days prior arrival is necessary as guarantee for the reservation.
Booked rooms can be cancelled free of charge until 28 days prior arrival. Late cancelation will be charged with 90% of the entire stay.
If you wish to start your stay earlier or extend it, the hotel will charge the normal room rates.

Living Hotel am Deutschen Museum (apartment hotel)

The Living Hotel am Deutschen Museum is only about 2 minutes walk from the conference site in the heart of Munich’s cultural scene. The central yet peaceful location offers excellent transport connections and guarantees comfort and short distances to travel. Most of the rooms have a private balcony or terrace.
You can book your room yourself under the keyword "MSOM 2022". The costs will be paid by the guests directly at the hotel upon arrival. You can book your room by phone or in writing by e-mail under the above mentioned keyword and giving your credit card details.

Cancellation of booked rooms free of charge is possible until 18:00 on the day of arrival.

Motel One

The design hotel welcomes you in a prime central location on the banks of the Isar River. The Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn station and our conference site, just 400 meters from the hotel, quickly connects you to public transportation.
A reservation is made only by providing a credit card number with validity date.
The individually called rooms can be cancelled free of charge until 18.00 on the day of arrival.
The payment is made individually by each guest on the spot upon arrival.

Hilton Munich City

The hotel is in the heart of Munich, a five-minute walk from the Deutsches Museum and only a 3-minute walk from our Conference site. The Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn train station next door connects to Munich International Airport, Marienplatz, and Munich Central Station.
A reservation is made only by providing a credit card number with validity date.
Free cancellation before 11:59 PM local hotel time on 22 Jun 2022.
The payment is made individually by each guest on the spot upon arrival.
